Here is important information regarding the order of your band’s DVD, and the required information related to copyright and permissions. Remember that each school will receive a complimentary high camera DVD.

copyright_guide.pdf – A guide to help directors in the quest for copyright compliance.
copyright_report.pdf – This form is required for all bands using arranged and published materials.
oc_form.pdf – This form is required for bands using Original Music
perm_arrange.pdf – This form is used to gain permission to arrange the bands chosen music.
